Now the usual questions are answered on the site, and the booking chat opens with the message already written. She works with women only and sees clients at home. Before the site, her whole practice lived in messengers and on Instagram. ## The task Every new client asked the same three things: which techniques she does, what they cost and where she works. Elena answered them by hand, one chat at a time. The site had to answer those questions before the first message — and make sending that first message effortless. ## What we built A twenty-page site in Russian. Each technique has a page of its own, and all the prices are gathered on one page, including the anti-cellulite course. For those who cannot tell lymphatic drainage from deep tissue, there is a short block that helps pick a massage by the problem rather than by name. The booking button sits on every screen. It opens WhatsApp with a message already written — that she wants to book, and which page she is writing from — so the client only has to press send, and Elena knows at once what she was reading. Telegram is there for those who prefer it. ## Why twenty pages and not one A separate page per technique means each one can be found on its own. A woman searching for lymphatic drainage massage in Batumi lands on the lymphatic drainage page with its description and price, not on a general home page where she has to hunt for it. That is why this is a multi-page site rather than a long landing page.
