It does not matter who built it or on what: we will look, and tell you whether the edit is possible and what it costs. If the engine is so closed that rebuilding is cheaper, we will say that as well. **Who it suits.** Owners of existing sites — ours or somebody else’s. We take on other people’s sites too. Replacing copy and photos on a single page: fixing a description, updating prices, swapping an image in a block. If there are many edits, a subscription is better value: $12 a month includes two hours of work. How fast do you make edits? Per-item jobs within the working day, usually sooner. On the Support plan we reply within a day, on Growth within three hours. Will you take a site you did not build? Yes — that is half of all support enquiries. We need access to the hosting and the admin panel. Before changing anything we take a backup, so there is always something to roll back to.
