A bilingual website for a gym in Warsaw
Poles and expats train side by side at this club in the centre of Warsaw, so the site speaks both languages from the first page.
The client
Heart Gym & Wellness is a fitness club in the centre of Warsaw: a fully equipped gym, group classes, personal training, a pool, saunas, a spa and wellness zone, and free parking.
The task
The club is used by Poles and expats alike, so a site in one language would have left part of the audience out. A visitor had to be able to compare membership plans at a glance, understand what each group class is, and see a schedule that is never out of date.
What we built
A site in English and Polish from the start, not a translation bolted on later. All five membership plans are listed with their prices. Each of the six group class types has its own page, and personal training and the spa zone have theirs.
The schedule is not typed into the site by hand. It is pulled from the booking system the club already uses, so the staff change a class in one place and the site shows it straight away.
Why class pages matter
Someone looking for indoor cycling or yoga stretch in Warsaw searches for exactly that, not for a gym in general. A page of its own for each class means each one can be found on its own — and in both languages.
What is on the site
- English and Polish versions of the site
- Five membership plans with prices
- Six group class types, each with a page of its own: Fatburn, Indoor Cycling, Total Body, Lower Body & Abs, Salsation, Yoga Stretch
- Personal training and a spa and wellness page
- The class schedule pulled from the club’s booking system
- Frequently asked questions

Small business websites
A site with several sections and an admin panel, so you can change copy and prices yourself without calling a contractor.

Other sites we built
A massage therapist’s site instead of endless DMs
Elena works from home and takes bookings in messengers, answering the same questions in every chat: which techniques she does, what they cost, where she works. We built a twenty-page site — techniques with prices, a blog, and WhatsApp booking from any screen.
A nail studio site with a portfolio and booking
A Russian manicure studio in Virginia Beach lived on Instagram: prices and free slots were only ever asked about in DMs. We built a six-page site — services with prices and durations, a before-and-after portfolio, a careers page for nail artists, and booking from any screen.
A salon site with a price list and the team
A hair salon in the centre of Canberra: nine stylists and bookings through an external service. We built a site that answers everything before the visit — twenty-seven services priced by group, stylist cards, a gallery of work, a blog and a careers page. The booking button sits on every screen.
