A website for a massage therapist in Batumi
Elena sees clients at home and used to book every one of them by hand in messengers. Now the usual questions are answered on the site, and the booking chat opens with the message already written.
The client
Elena is a massage therapist in Batumi. She works with women only and sees clients at home. Before the site, her whole practice lived in messengers and on Instagram.
The task
Every new client asked the same three things: which techniques she does, what they cost and where she works. Elena answered them by hand, one chat at a time. The site had to answer those questions before the first message — and make sending that first message effortless.
What we built
A twenty-page site in Russian. Each technique has a page of its own, and all the prices are gathered on one page, including the anti-cellulite course. For those who cannot tell lymphatic drainage from deep tissue, there is a short block that helps pick a massage by the problem rather than by name.
The booking button sits on every screen. It opens WhatsApp with a message already written — that she wants to book, and which page she is writing from — so the client only has to press send, and Elena knows at once what she was reading. Telegram is there for those who prefer it.
Why twenty pages and not one
A separate page per technique means each one can be found on its own. A woman searching for lymphatic drainage massage in Batumi lands on the lymphatic drainage page with its description and price, not on a general home page where she has to hunt for it. That is why this is a multi-page site rather than a long landing page.
What is on the site
- Eight techniques, each on a page of its own: general, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, body contouring, facial, bamboo, wraps and taping
- One page with every price, including the anti-cellulite course
- A “not sure what to choose?” block for people who do not know the names of the techniques
- Results and about pages, a blog and frequently asked questions
- A WhatsApp button on every screen with the message already started, plus Telegram
- A map with the location
The service
Small business websites
A site with several sections and an admin panel, so you can change copy and prices yourself without calling a contractor.

Other sites we built
A nail studio site with a portfolio and booking
A Russian manicure studio in Virginia Beach lived on Instagram: prices and free slots were only ever asked about in DMs. We built a six-page site — services with prices and durations, a before-and-after portfolio, a careers page for nail artists, and booking from any screen.
A bilingual site for a gym in the city centre
The club in the middle of Warsaw is used by Poles and expats alike, so the site runs in two languages from the start: five membership plans with prices, six group class types with pages of their own, spa and personal training. The schedule is pulled from the club’s own booking system.
A salon site with a price list and the team
A hair salon in the centre of Canberra: nine stylists and bookings through an external service. We built a site that answers everything before the visit — twenty-seven services priced by group, stylist cards, a gallery of work, a blog and a careers page. The booking button sits on every screen.
